1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the kakicuci platform, including the kakicuci.pro website, mobile app, and all related services provided by kakicuci ("Platform"). By accessing or using this Platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the kakicuci Platform. Continued use following any changes to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the latest updated version.

These Terms are to be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, also available on this website. All such documents form the entire agreement between you and kakicuci.

2Eligibility & Registration

To use kakicuci's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above or the minimum age requirement set by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction that specifically prohibits online betting activities.
• Not have had an account previously terminated by kakicuci for fraud or breach of Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, and valid bank account details. kakicuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, and failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account at kakicuci. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name or using another person's information — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support immediately.

Kakicuci is not liable for any loss arising from the use of your account by a third party due to your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party.
• You must update your personal information whenever changes occur.
• Suspicious account activity will be investigated and may result in a temporary suspension.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Kakicuci supports a variety of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, interbank transfers, and e-wallets listed on the platform. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Deposits via FPX and DuitNow are credited to your account in under 30 seconds. If your deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction proof.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days depending on your payment method and account verification status. VIP users enjoy faster withdrawal processing based on their membership tier.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
• Kakicuci reserves the right to request additional verification before approving large withdrawal requests.
• Any deposit made but not used for wagering may be subject to review before a withdrawal is approved.
• Transaction fees, if any, will be clearly stated before you confirm any payment.

5Bonus & Promotions

Kakicuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective offer, and those terms form part of these Terms.

In general, the following applies to all kakicuci bonuses and promotions:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user.
• The wagering requirement (rollover) must be fully met before any bonus funds or bonus-related wins can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Kakicuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.

6Game Rules

All games available on the kakicuci platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and table games — are operated in accordance with the respective rules set by each game provider. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of each game before participating.

Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error. In the event of a confirmed technical error, kakicuci reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the original bet to the user.

• All casino games use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness.
• Any internet connection disruption during gameplay is the responsibility of the user.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are displayed within each game and must be observed.

7User Conduct

You agree to use the kakicuci platform in a responsible, respectful, and lawful manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or game inconsistencies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively towards customer support staff or other users.
• Sharing or selling access to your account to another person.
• Making any false or fabricated claims relating to transactions or games.

Kakicuci reserves the right to take appropriate action — including account suspension or closure — against any user found to be in breach of these conduct rules.

8Privacy & Data

Kakicuci collects and processes your personal data solely for the purposes of service delivery, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal requirements. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

9Responsible Gaming

Kakicuci is committed to a healthy and responsible betting experience. We provide a range of self-management tools to help users maintain control over their betting activity:

• Any service disruption caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers or game providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.

Kakicuci's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of your unused deposit balance at the time the claim is made.

11Account Termination

Kakicuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any provision of these Terms.

In cases of termination due to fraud, serious misconduct, or illegal activity, kakicuci reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the relevant account. For terminations on other grounds, valid funds will be returned to you after all required reviews are completed.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any eligible remaining balance will be refunded via your original payment method.

12Terms Amendment

Kakicuci reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any significant changes will be communicated to users via registered email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except for changes required by law or for security purposes which may take effect immediately.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
